• Instituted a Service Part Catalog Translation Memory database to create translated service parts catalogs in Spanish and French
• Replaced the Mexico Engineering system with a North American solution, creating a cost savings of nearly $300,000 for GM
• Established consistent communication paths between the GM Business team, IBM, WIPRO, INFOR, GM Information Systems & Services group, and other vendors
